INCENTIVE:Due to the nature of the end of the game, mostly relating to his final words with Bruce and the rest left up to the news to fill him in on, Dick's incentive is to obtain some truth to know that Bruce is still alive. To be fair, he isn't -- Dick is just far in denial and his own belief that Batman is infallible, that he wants that belief to be proven correct, to know his trust in Bruce wasn't misplaced all these years. However, since Bruce is dead, and the representatives of Eudio would probably know that, his follow up incentive is to know the nature of his death -- the truth of it, what happened and how it went down.
FIT:Dick is certainly sexually active, although not abundantly so. He makes a point to note that while he is physically active, he'd never have sex with someone he isn't in love with -- which can be taken with a grain of salt, of course, because he does sleep around a bit. The point still is very much implied that he has to care about a person first, before thinking of falling in bed with them. That said, he is an affectionate person and a known lover of physical acts of affection, so while sleeping around Eudio may be something of an issue for him, being a good cuddle buddy surely will not. Certainly in the face of finding out what happened to father, he'd do most of anything to find out the real nature of his demise, with the hopes of reversing it.
Dick is too much of a diehard romantic to have any capacity for nonconsensual sex -- or nonconsensual anything, for that matter. Being brought to Eudio under the guidelines of informed consent wouldn't change his actions otherwise, because it's something important to him in his personal life. Of course, he is a vigilante and detective, and in that sense is frequently caught between an invasion of privacy and consent, but in Eudio it wouldn't be much of a problem, as there isn't any information he will have to dig up. If the case happened where he would need to invade someone's privacy, he would do so knowing the consequences would lead him to getting sent home, which is mostly why the issue wouldn't arise. He knows what he'd be giving up, and therefore stays on his best behavior.
